Thank you for making Bob so happy and comfortable, plus he looks beautiful, I'm going to send you a picture before and after for your website. Never again will a mobile dog groomer touch any dog I have and I will be spreading my horror stories around as it was not one but two who made my dogs life a misery for days after he was cut. One even tried to blame me and said I was neglecting him!!
You guys are top of my list and Bobs, thank you so much.

PS My son wanted to take him to dial a dog wash and show them how a Bichon should be cut. My vet wanted me to give them the bill for his ear infection!!!

Many thanks for taking such excellent care of Holly. I was very anxious about bringing her to you as she is a rescued ex-breeding bitch who had been severely abused and is still very nervous about having people in her space - we've only been able to get near her since Christmas and it took 13 months to get her to allow us to handle her. I couldn't believe it when I walked in after her grooming and she was wagging her tail and giving us all her best movie star smile!! Just a shame that she didn't show how pleased she was with the new Holly when you got the camera out. You were fantastic with her and the experience has helped to improve her overall confidence. Looking great helped too!! Can't thank you enough.

First of all thank you for the lovely card - it really made us giggle.
The good news is Amber was absolutely fine after her visit, and looks like a new dog. Everyone has commented on how good her cut was. I had a very peaceful afternoon after our visit, as she feel asleep as soon as she got in the car and after getting her into the house, she slept until 5pm. I think we were both tired!Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding - we are so glad we have found someone else that we can trust Amber with.
Look forward to seeing you again in April. She will be ready for a grooming session, as she is starting to look like a little scruff again, after insisting in getting muddy in the garden on a regular basis.

I am very sorry, she is an absolute monster when it comes to haircuts, it's like trying to hold a handful of eels in a bowl of oil, we've even tried every titbit you can think of from poached chicken to her favourite sausages but she just will not be distracted and will not even touch any treats when she's being groomed - weird dog!!

"We were desperate to get both our dogs cut, but had little time to arrange it. Dee stepped in even though we explained how difficult Charlie could be. We were more worried about Dee's fingers than appearance. My husband stayed for an hour but left fully confident that both dogs were very relaxed with Dee and Sharna, they were enjoying the experience. We collected two very different dogs from her a couple of hours later, even the dogs were delighted. My sister came up the next day and remarked that they looked better than they had ever looked. We all look forward to the next visit."
