I am very sorry, she is an absolute monster when it comes to haircuts, it's like trying to hold a handful of eels in a bowl of oil, we've even tried every titbit you can think of from poached chicken to her favourite sausages but she will just will not be distracted and will not even touch any treats when she's being groomed - weird dog!!
I know you will probably run and hide when we next ring and pretend you are not in.

"We were desperate to get both our dogs cut, but had little time to arrange it. Dee stepped in even though we explained how difficult Charlie could be. We were more worried about Dee's fingers than appearance. My husband stayed for an hour but left fully confident that both dogs were very relaxed with Dee and Sharna, they were enjoying the experience. We collected two very different dogs from her a couple of hours later, even the dogs were delighted. My sister came up the next day and remarked that they looked better than they had ever looked. We all look forward to the next visit."
